Your Experience //

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design, or a related discipline.

  • 7+ years working in an architectural or interior design firm on commercial office, mixed-use, hospitality, or retail work. 

  • Ability to coordinate, direct and lead the work efforts of less experienced staff.

  • Experience in all phases of architectural services from Programming through Construction Administration.

  • Familiarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems.

  • Understanding of project management processes.

  • Collaborative and professional work ethic.

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization and documentation in Revit, including a meaningful understand the use of parameters and family development, and project experience collaborating with Revit and A360.

  • Digital native; comfortable with new tools, and techniques.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD required.

  • Licensure a plus.


Responsibilities //

  • Responsible for planning, developing, and executing technical documentation, which may include interpreting, organizing, and coordinating project team assignments.

  • Direct and coordinate production of schematic, design development and construction documents in collaboration with firm Principals.

  • Perform construction administration duties (e.g., RFI’s, RFP’s, change orders, etc.).

  • Execute applicable agency review analysis (accessibility, zoning, life-safety, etc.).

  • Establish budget, task schedule, and other components of the work plan.

  • Participate in marketing efforts and may lead presentations to both internal and external clients.

  • Work with engineering consultants through schematic and design development phases.

  • Direct, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for daily oversight and development of teams.
